The Plateau is an extension to Citystars Mall at the front yard of Gates 1, 2, and 3 on Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Street in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
On a land area of 7,500 m2, the project comprises two glass buildings (two restaurants each); a magnificent glass pyramid surrounded by elevated public spaces and outdoor restaurants; and the Boulevard, which is a charming wide passageway between the hotel and the office towers.
The project also covers renovations to the façade of Citystars Mall, so that it would match the Plateau’s theme and its new architectural elements.
ECG’s scope of work covers conceptual design, schematic design, design development, detailed design, tender documents, construction documents, tender action, project management, and construction supervision.
