Project Description
The building is situated in the first phase of the Financial District in the New Capital, occupying a site of approximately 13,336 m². Strategically located at the heart of the district, its distinguished design establishes it as a landmark within the complex.
The design adopts a modern approach, incorporating carefully selected materials such as structural glazing, stone cladding, and aluminum louvers. Emphasizing sustainability, the building integrates photovoltaic (PV) solar panels on the upper floors to enhance energy efficiency while harmonizing with its surrounding environment.
With a total built-up area of 47,750 m², the building comprises two basements, a ground floor, and seven typical floors, reaching a maximum height of 38 meters, as detailed below:
• Ground Floor: With a built-up area of 3,825 m², the floor is divided into three zones, incorporating the building’s key elements as follows:
Administrative Building Zone: Includes an employee reception, lounges, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, service areas, and administration sections. Additionally, a VIP zone with a separate entrance features panoramic elevators, a lounge, and dedicated services.
Bank Branch Zone: Features a separate entrance for public access and includes an ATM center.
Tenant Zone: Features a separate entrance and includes office spaces along with related services, distributed across the ground floor and seven upper floors.
• Typical floors: Each floor has a built-up area of 3,760 m² and follows a consistent layout, with a central service core surrounded by office spaces for employees. Every floor is divided into two zones:
HQ Bank Zone: Includes office spaces, meeting rooms, and essential facilities such as toilets, pantries, and storage areas, with the first floor featuring two prayer rooms and dedicated ablution areas. The sixth floor houses the Chairman’s Zone, which includes lounges, a boardroom, and related services, along with deputies’ offices and their respective facilities. In addition, the seventh floor features indoor and outdoor cafeterias, a preparation area, and supporting services.
Tenant Zone: Includes office spaces, meeting rooms, and related services such as toilets, pantries, and storage areas.
• Roof Floor: BUA of 655 m2
• Basement Floors: Two basement floors, each with a built-up area of 16,965 m². The basements accommodate parking areas, electromechanical spaces, tanks, storage areas, and services.
