Project Description

Occupying an area of 197 acres; the project comprises the design, technical evaluation of bids, and construction supervision over the entire smart systems for Phase I elements including the following:

Center of Innovation: basement, ground, first, and second floors with a total area of 20,700 m²
National Telecommunications Institute “Information Technology Institute”: basement, ground, first, and second floors with a total area of 14,885 m²
The National Academy of Information Technology for Persons with Disabilities: basement, ground, first, and second floors with a total area of 10,400 m²
Egypt University of Informatics: basement, ground, first, and second floors with a total area of 17,352 m²
Pyramid Building: ground and first floors with a total area of 830 m²
Control Building: basement, ground, first, and second floors with a total area of 3,590 m²
Three Transformer Buildings: ground floor with a total area of 420 m²
Electricity Distribution Building: ground floor with a total area of 315 m²
Fences with length of 3.7km, 1 main gate with 3 separate sun-gates

The smart systems encompass Fire Alarm System Integration, Public Address and Voice Evacuation, Disabled Alarm System, Structured Cabling System, LAN, Wi-Fi, IPTV, Digital Signage, Audio-Visual Systems, Parking Management, Arm Barriers and Security Access Detection, Access Control System, Integrated Security Management System, Water Leakage System, Power Management System, Lighting Control System Integration, Integration with Building Management System, Smart Metering and Billing System, Asset Management System, Integrated Automation Platform, Integrated Cyber Security System, Outdoor Digital Signage, Outdoor Wi-Fi, Outdoor CCTV, and Outdoor Fiber Optic and Networking Equipment.
