The project the expansion of Rabwa Mall (total area: 30,967 m2), Khurais Mall (total area: 8,852 m2), and Buridah Mall (total area: 12,898 m2); in addition to expansion of malls and construction of hotel buildings for Arar Mall (total area: 3,875 m2), Hail Mall (total area: 13,360 m2), Al Hasa Mall (total area: 20,321 m2), and Rass Mall (total area: 33,307 m2).
