Project Description

The project is located in 6^th of October as a part of The Crown (190 acres) land. It stretches on a total land area of 40,000 m² and consists of the following:

Main Building including a basement, ground, and 2 floors with a total BUA of 22,613 m²;
ELS Building including a ground floor with a BUA of 1,580 m²;
Substation Building with BUA 146 m²;
Guard building with a BUA of approximately 26 m², fences with a total length of 800 m, and gates; and
Courts, parking areas, and landscape with a BUA of 28,722 m².
