Project Description
Located within the overall master plan of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC); GC3 project is an integrated residential community that accommodates 238 villa plots in addition to mosques, parks, infrastructure, roads, and public areas with a total built-up area 262,694 m2.
Infrastructure networks include potable water network with a length of 3.87 km and diameter of 110mm; irrigation network with a total length of 11.30 km and diameters of 160mm, 90mm, 75mm, 63mm, 50mm & 32mm; sewage network with a length of 6.7 km and diameters of 160mm & 200mm; storm network with a total length of 4.46 km and diameters of 200mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm & 1000mm.
Also, the electrical network comprises MV cables (3×300 mm) with length of 2.8 km and LV cables (4×70mm, 4×120mm, 4×300mm, and 4×16mm) with a length of 27.8 km; while the telecommunication network encompasses 12×50mm HDPE conduit with a length of 4.45 km and 2×20mm HDPE conduit with a length of 22.9 km.
