Othaim Holding Company awarded ECG the contract to provide consultancy services for Othaim mixed-use development with a land area of approximately 2,000,000m2 located near Al Qassim Airport in Saudi Arabia.
The project is divided into 2 parts;
1) A Shopping mall with a built-up area of 150,000m2,with an expansion possibility of about 150,000m2.
2) An entertainment complex comprising a hotel, serviced apartments, entertainment park over an area of 6,000m2.
ECG scope covers the preparation of master planning and conceptual design.
