Architecture
- Education and Professional Qualifications:
- B. Degree in an Architecture discipline, with a minimum grade of “Good”
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in all phases of architecture engineering, design and construction
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the LEED and sustainability projects
- LEED AP (BD+C) certificate is A MUST
- WELL AP & EDGE EXPERT certification is preferred
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all rating systems (LEED, Edge, Estidama, Tarsheed WELL,…etc) and sustainability process in design and construction phases for ECG projects in the MENA region and Africa.
- Administer LEED Online; review and verify all documentation and online submittals to the USGBC.
- Prepare LEED Scorecard and update it through project stages.
- Prepare matrix to clearly identify who is responsible for each part of a credit’s design and documentation.
- Review Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and provide Basis of Design narrative based on OPR.
- Arrange and conduct LEED kick-off meeting in early stages of design to review previously developed preliminary credit scorecard.
- Conduct a LEED pre-construction meeting to review specific responsibilities of the General Contractor and establish timeline for credit templates submittal.
- Make a site visit monthly to check the implementation of weekly and monthly report submitted from ECG team site and the contractor.

- Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fully aware of LEED V4 and LEED V4.1
- Fully aware of Estidama requirement
- Fully aware of sustainability specifications
- Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects

- Ability to work well under pressure
