Education & Professional Qualifications :

• 15+ to 20 years’ experience
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience in construction identification of hazards for the construction stage comprising procedural risks, environmental and social risks, technical and quality risks, risk of cost overrun, risk of delays, risk to third parties, etc.
• GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage.
  • Good command of related Egyptian and international codes.
  • Good computer skills and command of relevant applications.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects, especially for Metro & Railways Construction as well as 5 Stars Hotels, Malls, Compounds, Hospitals, Airports, High Rise Buildings, Towers … etc.
