AlSadd Health Centre (HC) is located in a prime site in Doha, at the northwest of AlSadd and AlWaab Streets’ major intersection. On a land area of 48,534m2, AlSadd-HC will provide an integrated healthcare system, offering general and specialized medical services.
With a total built-up area of approximately 16,700m2, AlSadd-HC will comprise the following facilities: primary urgent care, phlebotomy laboratory, diagnostic imaging, general & specialized medical clinics, dental clinics, maternal-child health clinic, family medicine clinics, an administration office, a staff zone, a management/ hospitality zone, a wellness center, a mosque, ancillary buildings in addition to external space that includes a parking area.
ECG's scope covers conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design, tender documents, quantity surveying and construction supervision.
