Main Responsibilities

• Maintain current records of rates and prices of materials, labor and equipment.
• Develop project’s cost estimate at pre and post Tender phases.
• Cost Analysis and evaluation of claims.
• Value engineering, and cost control

Requirements

• Sc. in Mechanical Engineering major;
• 10 – 15 years of experience, part of which in Cost estimation.

Skills

• Technical report writing, report study, research, data analysis and evaluation.
• Communication, negotiation and presentation.
• Ability to work within a team and work under pressure.
• Assessing workload and setting priorities.
• Computer relevant applications.
• Proficiency in English Language.
