Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the engineering, architecture, or consultancy sectors.
- Strong command of compensation modeling, market pricing, and reward analytics.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver outcomes with discretion, accuracy, and strategic insight.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS tools; familiarity with grading systems and performance-linked compensation structures is preferred.
- Fluency in English – both written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design, enhance, and implement compensation structures, salary scales, and benefits schemes tailored to the firm’s evolving workforce needs.
- Conduct in-depth benchmarking and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry compensation trends across engineering and consultancy disciplines.
- Handle annual and ad-hoc salary review cycles, including merit adjustments, promotions, and retention mechanisms for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze internal pay equity and advise on policy adjustments to support strategic talent retention and reward initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on the development of job evaluation frameworks and performance-based reward models.
- Prepare dashboards and analytics to inform executive decision-making and support long-term HR planning
